1. Strawberry Spinach
Bright, fresh, and effortlessly elegant, our Strawberry Spinach Salad is a warm-weather staple that feels just as at home at a picnic brunch as it does at a summer dinner party.
Baby spinach forms the base, layered with juicy strawberries and blueberries for natural sweetness, balanced by organic quinoa for a subtle, satisfying bite. Creamy goat cheese adds richness, while a lemon-poppyseed dressing ties everything together with a light citrus lift.
Candied spicy pecans can be added for that final touch of crunch and satisfying sweetness. We also offer the option to add on grilled chicken for extra protein.

3. Mexican Street Corn
Smoky, sweet, spicy and tangy, our Mexican Street Corn is a standout side that brings a little extra excitement to any summer soiree.
Grilled summer corn, crumbled feta, diced jalapeño, red onion, and fresh cilantro add layers of savoury, spiced flavour. Finished with Mexican spices, fresh lime, and a drizzle of crema, it strikes the perfect balance of richness and brightness, making it an ideal companion to grilled meats, tacos, and backyard BBQ favourites.
4. Moroccan Couscous
