Cancellation
24 hours notice is required for any order cancellation. However, we will try to make exceptions, depending on the order. Less than 24 hours notice may result in full charge.

Billing
We accept Visa, MC, Amex. Corporate accounts are available with credit terms up to net 30 days. 2% monthly interest is charged on all outstanding invoices.

Equipment and Rentals
Disposables, napkins and serving utensils are included upon request free of charge. China, Flatware, Chaffing dishes, linens, tables and chairs can be arranged with minimum 72 hours notice. Charges may apply.
